We love a good story! Just the other day we were recommended by someone who we are on Social Media with. The person gave us a glowing review to someone who posted on “Overlooking Leelanau County” Facebook Group Page asking for someone who could help them with their home networking.
The person that recommended us allowed us to speak via private message. Later that day we were contacted by the customer needing help. We had a very pleasant conversation and towards the end we set up an appointment for us to go to her home to help her set up her wireless internet.
We arrived at her house where we were greeted at the her driveway. We then went inside and took at look at her network. After running some speed tests we noticed that the customers wireless speeds were below what her Internet Service Provider (Charter Spectrum) was providing her. Afterwards advised the client that she needed to have a more powerful wireless access point to cover her entire house. We set up and plan and set up an appointment to have the new equipment installed.
